# 14 Best SEO Podcasts: I’ve Listened To Them All

There are a lot of SEO podcasts out there, but many of them quietly stop publishing. This list only includes shows that are still releasing new episodes on a regular schedule.

*Updated October 2026:* I checked every podcast’s recent episodes, removed the ones that went quiet, and added active shows in their place. Here are the **14 best SEO podcasts** to listen to right now.

## Best SEO Podcasts

SEO is changing faster than ever, with AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other [AI search](/services/geo/) tools changing how people find information.

Podcasts are an easy way to keep up with the **latest SEO trends** without spending hours reading.

Every show below published at least one new episode in recent months and sticks to a steady schedule. They cover everything from [technical SEO](/services/seo/) and link building to AI search and SEO careers.

### 1. Niche Pursuits

Niche Pursuits is still my favorite podcast. Jared Bauman and Spencer Haws publish at least one new episode every week.

The show has broadened from [niche sites](/what-is-a-niche-website/) into online business in general. You get interviews with founders and site owners who share real numbers, plus regular news episodes where the hosts break down what is changing in Google and AI search.

It is a great pick if you run content sites or want to see how SEO fits into a bigger business.

### 2. Authority Hacker

Gael Breton and Mark Webster have run Authority Hacker since 2016. It started as an SEO and affiliate marketing show, and today it focuses on how to use AI and automation to grow an online business.

They test new tools and workflows themselves and show you exactly what worked, which makes it easy to copy their experiments.

If you want to keep up with how AI is changing marketing work, this is one of the most practical shows around.

### 3. Search Off the Record (Editor’s Choice)

Search Off the Record is Google’s own podcast, made by the Search Relations team. It takes you behind the scenes of Google Search: how decisions get made, why features launch, and how Google thinks about topics like crawling, sitemaps and structured data.

Because it comes straight from Google, it is the best way to hear how Search works in the words of the people who build and explain it.

Episodes don’t come out on a fixed schedule. Google often releases a few at once and then goes quiet for a few weeks, so subscribe to catch new ones.

**Podcast Frequency:** About once a month, often in batches

Each episode tackles one focused question about SEO, content marketing or AI search. Many episodes are under 15 minutes, which makes them easy to fit into a commute.

It has more than 1,900 episodes, so you can also dig into the archive for almost any search topic.

## How to Choose the Right SEO Podcast

**Check that it’s still active.** SEO changes quickly, so a show that stopped publishing a year ago is mostly giving you outdated advice. Look at the date of the latest episode before you subscribe.

**Match the format to your time.** Short daily episodes like Voices of Search fit a commute, while long interviews like Page 2 or Search With Candour are better when you have time to take notes.

**Pick for your level and focus.** SEO 101 is great for beginners, Search Off the Record suits technical SEOs, and BuzzStream is for link builders.

**Mix news and depth.** Combine a weekly news show like Marketing O’Clock with one or two interview shows, and you’ll stay up to date while still learning new tactics.

## Wrap-Up

There are countless SEO podcasts available, but only some of them are still worth your time.

These 14 are all active, well-known and **highly recommended** to help you succeed on your SEO journey.

Start with one or two that match your level and focus, and add more once you know what you like.
