Funnelll - Generate more sales by leveraging you marketing data

If you’re like me and you’re running a lot of different types of marketing campaigns, then you would like to gather everything in one place, have all of your data and results in one place. And that is why today’s product showcase is Funnelll. Via Funnelll you can, of course, build out funnels. You can get an overview of your organic traffic and you can see how your campaigns are performing all the way around. They have more than 15 integrations and even more are coming.

And these integrations is what makes it possible to get this overview within Funnelll. So without further ado, let’s dive in to Funnelll and let me show you how easy it is to set up and get an overview of your marketing. We are now inside Funnelll, and here you can either set up a new website or choose a website you’ve already set up. So of course I’m just going to choose the website Panta.ai which I have already set up. When you do go through the set up phase, you need to, of course, install their tracking code and set up the integrations you want and you need for your marketing setup.

I will show you the integrations a little bit later in this video. But first, starting out here, you can see we have a dashboard where we are shown our new visitors in the last 30 days, the conversions and our conversion rate. Furthermore, it’s showing me some recommended apps and integrations. This is not based on data. It is just some static information that they’re showing to us. But moving over here in the menu, we will start out in the tracking area.

And in here we can track actions. And this is basically my Google analytics account I’ve set up here. So we can start out by tracks, some actions, and what we can do is that we can track when a customer clicks on an element, it can be sign up for a specific form. It can be when they reach a specific page. Let’s say that you have a form and when people submit that form, then they will land on a page.

    It could be that page, that could be a conversion. And the last thing is that a customer reach a page section. So let’s say you have a onepager or you have a very long page. Then when they reach it, maybe the contact section, then that could be a conversion for you or maybe a part conversion. But let’s just start out with when it is that they click on an element, we will here call this one sign up, because that’s the form I have on my website.

    The category here we then need to choose is going to be subscribe. And then down here we have some advanced options. So the action here, sign up and the label is page title. So the actual page title. And this is what we will see within Google Analytics and of course within Funnelll. So we will now set up the tracking here. And then what you can see is we are now in on the website here and on the left side, we now have this funnel modal where it is so we can track specific elements.

    So I wanted to track my button here. So what I do is that I say, of course, select element and then I choose the entire button right here. And then I press save stage and I have now set up my first action. And that is how easy it this it doesn’t take any coding knowledge at all. It is so easy to set up a lot of different types of actions. And the same goes for the other types let’s say you want to track a section, then we would press track actions again, go down here and say track when customer, reach a page section.

    We will then call this one the footer. Just for the sake of this video, continue to website. We are already on the website, so it’s a little bit unnecessary for it to reload. We will then go down here and then we have to choose our height. I will say 50 percent and then that’s about it. So when they have reached 50 percent of my front page, then that is a conversion for me. If wanted the footer I would probably set it to one hundred percent, but now I’m just setting it to 50 percent.

    And when we then go back to Funnelll, you can see that the sign up tracking that I set up is now in here. And of course, we can copy it and we can edit the goal if we want to change something. And then again, we have our settings over here where we can choose the way that we want to use Funnelll only for event tracking. And that’s if you use Google Analytics for everything else, then there is no need for Funnelll also to track all of these elements.

    Of course, you can also enable e-commerce tracking if you do have a web shop and you can enable the different elements down here as well. Now, moving onto the dashboard over here is where we have our funnels, our campaigns, the organic traffic and live events. So in here we have one funnel, which is just new visitors, it is very simple. And in here we can just see a little bit of the same as on the dashboard.

    We have new visitors, conversions and the conversion rate. We can then, of course, add more elements if we want to. Let’s say that we want to see sessions, we can then added to the dashboard. Now we have sessions as well, and of course, you can do that with as much as you want. You can change the period up here, and other than that, we just have the different elements down here.

    We can see the overview, we can see new visitors per week. This is not correct when I do look in Google Analytics. So maybe there are some different filters in here I’m not aware of. But other than that if you want an entire new funnel, you can, of course, create a new funnel up here and say it has to be based on visitors and they need to, of course, sign up and this sign up was what we just set up before in our tracking, so I’ll now, just say, say funnel stage.

    And we now have our sign up right here. If we do want to see it and this is how it looks, you can see some different elements of this now based on visitors and not only new visitors. We have to sign up tracking over here. Of course, no one has pressed because we have just set it up. And then we have, of course, the different elements down here with the visitor amount per week and the sign up, which means that how many have signed up per week, it will be down here.

    It is very simple, as you just saw, and everyone can do it. Moving onto the campaigns over here, let’s say that you’re running Facebook Ads or Google Ads. Then in here you will be able to see the performance of these ads. And it’s very simple, and the setup is for everyone to do. I will not, deep dive into the campaign. But moving on to the organic search. This one is integrated with Google Search Console.

    So it is pulling all of the data from Google search console. And it is here showing me that I am shown on three different keywords right now. It is showing me I’ve received four impressions from these different types of keywords and it is showing me the position over here. This one is very, very simple and I’m not sure what the plan is with the organic search. It could be great if they in the future would suggest keywords based on my keywords that I could focus on or maybe show a little bit more that people who are searching on this keyword presses on your website and sign up for your form.

    It is small elements like that that really improve Funnelll as a software. The last element down here is the live events. And what we can see here is that this is my own visits where I just went in and I set up the tracking. Other than that, you can see live visits in here, what people are visiting your website, and it is very simple. Now, the last element I want to show you is their integrations, because as I mentioned in the introduction, they have so many integrations and the more integrations, the more you can collect within Funnelll.

    But for my purpose, right now, I have set up Google Analytics and I have set up a Google Search Console. You can also set up a Facebook pixel, a Twitter if you run Twitter Ads, Capterra, Google AdWords, which is called Google Ads now, Quora, Facebook chat, Hotjar even, Segment is coming very soon. Slack if you want to send some notification within your Slack channels. MailChimp, Stripe, Mix Panel is also coming soon. LinkedIn Ads, If you’re running that, Okta is also possible and Hubspot last but not least.

    And of course, within each of these integrations, you can then click on the specific element out here and then you can only get what you want to see. That is very simple, and that is about it within Funnelll as it is right now. As I will talk about in a moment, the future is very exciting and they’re going to utilise AI in order for you to track even better. Taking a look at the pricing structure, as you can see here on the screen, they have four plans.

    Each plan differs on the amount of features they get, whereas many others, as we see, especially their competitors, their pricing plan and their pricing structure is based on the amount of page views that you have on your website. So it is great to see a different type of approach on this. Taking a look at the competitors. It is definitely Google Analytics and HockeyStack HockeyStack I have previously reviewed, which you can see up here in the corner.

    Google Analytics can also gather all of the data for you, but it takes a little bit extra effort and it is not always so user-friendly for you to read. But within HockeyStack and especially Funnelll, which is today’s product showcase, you can really get an overview and see how your different types of campaigns are performing. And you can build out funnels to see whether your visitors are going through the right channels as you want them to. And if not, then of course you have to change.

    The future of Funnelll is very interesting. They are, for instance, utilising AI, which means that it will help you tell you what you need to track via AI, so all of the data you already have gathered via analytics and your funnels, the AI will then utilise this until you based on all of this data, what you need to track. Furthermore, they are, of course, building more integrations to Active Campaign, Mix Panel, and even Bing and Segment and YouTube.

    They are also working on adding Google Analytics version 4 support. And a lot more exciting elements are coming very soon. Now, who is Funnelll for? It is, of course, for everyone who runs a lot of different types of marketing channels. If you do only run one marketing channel, you can still benefit from Funnelll with their funnel system, their goal setup and everything in their integrations part. But other than that, it is mainly for companies and individuals who are focussed on paid marketing, SEO.

    It can even be agencies who are building out marketing for their clients. Moving on to the pros and cons of using Funnelll, they have a lot of integrations. Give you an overview of your entire marketing and the support is great and responsive. However, the cons of using Funnelll is that it can be slow to use. The UX could be more intuitive and I’m missing more extensive functionality. Using Funnelll, you make it possible to get an overview of your entire marketing setup in one place, whether it’s organic or paid marketing.
