- Core Web Vitals passing on the 75th percentile, not just lab tests
- Monthly maintenance with a change log you can actually read
THE SCOPE
Build, optimize, maintain.
Three lanes across a typical WordPress engagement. Pick one, pick all three, or start with a build and add maintenance when you go live.
Elementor Pro Sites
Container flow, proper Site Settings kit, Pro widgets. No drag-and-drop spaghetti. Pages that load clean and edit clean.
Redesigns
Classic Elementor to Container flow. Gutenberg to Elementor. Old themes to modern layouts. Migration done without losing URLs or SEO.
Multilingual with Polylang
Proper DA and EN setup. Per-language slugs. Hreflang tags. Translated menus, widgets, and schema. Not Google Translate.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, CLS, and INP passing the 75th percentile on real user sessions. Measured in CrUX, not lab-test screenshots.
Asset Optimization
Image compression and lazy-loading, font subsetting, JS defer, critical CSS. The wins most WordPress sites leave on the table.
Plugin Audit
The average WordPress site carries 30+ plugins, half of them redundant. Audit, cut, consolidate. Lighter site, fewer security holes.
Monthly Updates
Core, Elementor, Elementor Pro, theme, plugins. Tested on staging before production. Change log emailed after.
Backups & Security
Automated off-site backups, test-restore monthly, hardening (2FA, login throttle, malware scan). Not just a plugin install.
Proactive Monitoring
Uptime, Core Web Vitals regression, broken links, SSL expiry. You hear from me before a client does.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Everything in a build, broken down.
Six core deliverables across a typical WordPress + Elementor engagement. Mix and match, or take the whole thing. Final scope confirmed after a free 30-minute call.
Discovery & Design Tokens
Colors, typography, spacing, radius, shadow. Locked in Site Settings so every page inherits, not fights them.
Asset Optimization
Container flow, loop-grid templates, Site Settings kit. Clean JSON you can export, edit, and re-import without breaking.
Plugin Audit
LCP, CLS, INP passing on the 75th percentile. Optimized images, deferred JS, critical CSS, lazy loading that works.
Redesigns
Polylang configured properly. Per-language slugs, hreflang, translated widgets. Skipped if you're English-only.
Training & Handover
30-minute Loom video of the site. Written docs on how to edit, add pages, translate. You don't need me to publish a blog post.
Optional Maintenance Retainer
Monthly updates, backups, monitoring, and 2 hours of dev time included. Added to most engagements after launch.
WHY WORK WITH ME
WordPress and Elementor, done right.
You’re hiring someone who runs 5 of their own sites in Elementor. I ship what I sell. The build, the CWV optimization, and the monthly maintenance all come from the same person.
- Elementor Pro expertise, not just basic WordPress. I know Container flow, Site Settings, loop-grid, and the edge cases.
- Core Web Vitals passing by default. Not an add-on. Part of every build.
- WordPress-first implementation. I ship fixes, I don't write reports you hand to a developer.
- Change log for every maintenance month. You see what I updated, what broke, what I fixed.
- I run 5 of my own WordPress sites. I use what I sell, and I feel it when something breaks.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers to the things that come up before a first call. If yours isn’t here, just ask on the call.
Why Elementor over Gutenberg?
Elementor Pro is faster to build with, has a better Container flow than Gutenberg blocks, and gives editors a visual interface that matches what they see on the live site. Gutenberg is catching up, but Elementor is ahead for service sites, marketing pages, and anything beyond a simple blog.
How long does a WordPress + Elementor build take?
Most sites 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on page count and whether we build from scratch or start from existing content. A single-page landing site can ship in a week. A 20-page multilingual site is closer to 6.
Can you migrate my site from another platform?
Yes. Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify to WordPress. Classic Elementor to current Container flow. Old themes to modern builds. URLs are preserved, 301 redirects mapped for anything that has to change, SEO rankings protected.
Will my site pass Core Web Vitals?
Yes, that’s part of the build, not an add-on. LCP, CLS, and INP passing on the 75th percentile of real user sessions. If it doesn’t pass on launch day, I fix it before we call it done.
Do you work with existing sites or only new builds?
Both. Many clients come with a live site that needs a redesign, a Core Web Vitals fix, or a migration to proper Container flow. Existing site work is often faster and cheaper than a full rebuild.
What's included in monthly maintenance?
Core, Elementor, Elementor Pro, theme, and plugin updates tested on staging before production. Automated off-site backups with monthly test restore. Uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring. 2 hours of dev time per month for small changes. Change log emailed after each round.
Can you handle hosting, or do I need to pick one?
I’ll recommend a host that fits your traffic, budget, and region (Kinsta, Cloudways, SiteGround depending on the fit). I don’t resell hosting. You own the contract, you own the access, you can leave anytime.
What if Elementor breaks my site?
Staging environment for every change. Automated backups before every update. If something breaks, I restore in minutes. That’s why I don’t auto-update production sites, only staging first, then promoted.
Do you build in other page builders?
Rarely. Bricks, Breakdance, and Gutenberg all have their place, but Elementor Pro is what I know best and what most clients want. If you’re set on a different builder, I’ll refer you to someone who specializes in it.
How is pricing structured?
Hourly by default for redesigns and smaller scopes. Fixed-project quotes for full builds after we’ve scoped it together. Maintenance retainers are a monthly flat rate with 2 hours of dev time included.
