ContentBot works with OpenAI GPT-3 technology to write in a specific tone of voice you choose, but what other standout features can you use in blog content? Let’s look at the available features and how well they work.

The Dashboard and User Interface

After signing up, you reach the main dashboard. It is neat and intuitive, with a good navigation of the clearly outlined features.

AI Writing Assistant

The first thing I started with was creating blog post content ideas. You can use it to add a short intro and a content topic. You can add trends, and the tool researches the latest trends in your industry to develop ideas.

I tried a few content ideas, for example, ” Best SEO Tools for Beginners,” which covered six topics with a short introduction.

The intro results were pretty good and informative. The built-in plagiarism checker also gives you a unique score for uniqueness.

There is also a reading easy score and the number of words in the AI-generated content.

So, you get an excellent overall picture when deciding on your topic before writing your in-depth post.

Another notable feature is that you can add more content at any time. I tried it, and the added results were better than before.

The Inline Auto-Complete Editor

The tool helps you complete the sentences as you write the content. You set up several words, and the AI writes it for you.

I found this feature helpful when you have the overall nature of a blog post outlined and want to complete the content.

You can then translate your long- and short-form content into different languages using Google Translate, DeepL, or Watson AI technology.

Bullet Point Expander

It is another helpful tool for adding bullet points as headings in the content generator. It generates paragraphs for each bullet point.

Full-Length Blog Posts

Another thing that ContentBot can do is write long-form content, but I recommend you treat it as an initial draft to cross-check the facts and figures when data is generated.

I found that you must enter the main topic and the subheadings as sections and then define the number of words you want it to generate for each section.

You will have different options for each section based on the reference to the main topic and subheadings matching.

You then get the full blog post editor, where you can tweak the content and make edits, and you love this feature.

But yes, there is a but. Using long-form content requires extensive refinement to fit in with your main title or brand.

Generate Headlines and Rewrite Content 

Another notable thing is that you can generate headlines for a product or primary keyword, which is very helpful when generating website copies.

The tool also helps to edit existing content to use it as a sentence rewrite to give you alternative sentences.

Still, I recommend checking your rewritten content to make tweaks to match your tone of voice.

Content Automation

During my test, I found the tool to be powerful. It can be used to build workflows and automate content creation.

With a simple drag-and-drop, you can set up actions, filters, and triggers, and everything is done for you.

For example, if you want to generate and publish your blog post, you can set it up to do it on a Monday or any other day. So, there is no manual work from your side.

The content automation tool can pull data from your CRM, CMS, or any other source and generate content tailored to the provided data.

It is a great tool, as it takes content automation to an entirely new level compared to batch content.

Still, I would not go with setting it and forgetting it, as you still need to give it that personal touch.

Data Import Feature

I touched on this in the previous section, as the tool can import data from Excel and CSV files. You can turn this information into content using the AI writer.

It removes the manual work of creating product descriptions, posts, emails, and more. ContentBot.ai will create content based on each row and column in your spreadsheet.

You can add variables as prompts in your columns to make them personalized and dynamic.

Another great feature is PDF chat, which allows you to obtain AI-generated summaries using PDF documents by asking questions.

Still, I only found it works well for short copy, like using it for a blog intro or a section, but not for generating an entire blog post based on your keyword.

ContentBot.ai offers a wide selection of user plans. A prepaid once-off payment plan starts at $1 per 1000 words and provides unlimited seats, the AI writing tool, and the Paraphrase tool.

The Starter plan costs $19 a month and includes 50,000 words a month, unlimited seats, AI writing, access to Instruct Bot, and the Paraphrasing tool. Considering the price, Writesonic is $20, and you get unlimited generations.

Nichess’s Rookie plan is also $19 a month. You can make your reports and search 40k+ subreddits. A Marketing generator is included, which is a worthy option. There is also a free trial.

The other plans offered by ContenBot.ai are a Premium ($59) and Premium+ plan ($99), payable monthly. You do not get a free trial plan, and if you want to test it out, you need to use the pay-as-you-go system.

Wrap-Up: Is ContentBot.AI Worth Using in WordPress?

No, I would not recommend using ContentBot.ai as a WordPress plugin. It is only great for writing short intros to blog posts, not entire ones.

Still, I am not saying it is not good, as you can use it to add a section of content to your existing content.

But I am missing the ability to add more content, and it would be great if it could generate an entire article for me.

On the other hand, during my ContentBot review, I noticed that the platform gives you an excellent user interface and is intuitive with good navigation.

The extensive feature lists cover everything from content generation for businesses, marketers, and writers.

It is suitable for regularly publishing large volumes of high-quality content and can save you a lot of time.

Still, I wouldn’t say I like bulk publishing, as it can be spammy. But other tools like Writesonic, Nichess, and Dragon Metrics offer a free trial, so you do not need to use a pay-as-you-go system.
